Overall, the experience of watching Second Hand is like reading the comics of Suppandi, light-hearted and total fun! If you can forgive the weak script and ready for the laughing exercise, this is your movie for the weekend.
Rating: 3.0/5
The first half and second half of the movie is good but appeals only to the youth audience.
Rating: 3.0/5
No Second is boring in this Second Hand
Rating: 2.75/5
n simple, ‘Second Hand’ could have been a better product if attempted as a short film. They elastically pulled three stories like a rubber band. First two passed the test while the third broke up including the climax. Bottom line is, one should compliment and encourage the thoughts of skillful new comers. Commercially, ‘Second Hand’ might cater alone to the tastes of Metro audience. One more inference, there is definitely a healthy and clean way of dealing youth entertainers like ‘Second Hand’ rather than just relying on adult, double meaning ‘Boothu’ content.
Rating: 2.75/5
The film has a decent first half, with nice performances, clever screenplay and good humour. Sadly, the director failed to maintain the tempo in the second half and this is where things go wrong. If you have failed in a romantic relationship before, this film might appeal to you. Otherwise, there is nothing much in the movie for an average movie lover.
Rating: 2.75/5
Second Hand starts off with interesting characterizations, peppy dialogues and refreshing screenplay though second half spoils it. The film deals with inter-personal relationships in realistic manner that connects well with youth. Director Kishore Tirumala has penned interesting lines. However, Second Hand have its own flaws with amateurish script though supported by decent writing. The third story lacks the needed zing like the stories of Santhosh and Subbarao and thus resulted in dragged slow pace with unnecessary melodrama in second half despite exciting interval bang. If the film could have been dealt in a clean way rather than adult comedy, it might have garnered other sections of audiences. Had the director planned for a clever screenplay in the second half too like the first hour, it would have helped the film’s tempo
Rating: 2.75/5
Second Hand works in parts. The girl playing three different characters and the twist its main novelty factor but it is also many flaws. Second half lets you down immensely.
Rating: 2.75/5
The film could be watched for its decent first half, and nice performances of the star cast. Youth, especially lovers will connect well with ‘second hand’, but a average film-goer might not get impressed.
Rating: 2.75/5
No Second is boring in this second hand.
Rating: 2.75/5
Director tried his best but every common audien can’t understand this movie. Not too Good not even bad but we can say it’s ok with little confusion.
Rating: 2.5/5
Second hand starts off with lots of promise and withers off rapidly. First love story is just okay. There is nothing much to entertain. Subba Rao saves the day and raises hopes on the film. First half of the movie is decent with good humor. Director failed during the second half.Entertainment goes missing and film's pace slows down. Climax is a dampener with Posani uttering nonsense about love and life
Rating: 2.5/5
In totality the film is ok but weak cinematography and lack of energy in an entire half hampers the momentum. Even the music should have added weight. Also, many references were made to maestro Ilaiyaraaja and his songs, that will appeal for 30 plus audience and not for today’s generation.
Rating: 2.5/5
The film starts off with entertaining jokes. Gentleman Subbarao episode is full of entertainment. But in the second half the film goes down completely. Even the girl's dilemma is not convincing. Also the film is over the top in most sequences. And it is filmed in shoddy manner (low budget & uneven cinematography).

It is more than a little unusual to see a debutante actress playing three different characters in the same movie. Well they are all pretty off beat characters. There is Deepu, who dumps her struggling photographer boyfriend, Santosh and gets hitched to a well to do groom handpicked by her father. Needless to say the guy is so heartbroken that he even considers suicide, ostensibly to teach her a lesson.
Rating: 2.25/5
Director Kishore Tummala's story is very routine and weak. Interval bang is not attractive and the slow pace of the film evaporates the interest among movie lovers. First half of the film is quite ok but the second half went for a toss.Climax is chaotic with heavy and unconvincing dialogues about love, marriage etc. Lack of entertainment and commercial values with slow pace undid the film.
Rating: 2.25/5
Kishore Tummala came with a script to attract genex youth with the film. He hit the bulls eye with the narration. Though the pace of the story is slow, he narrated with clarity that no one got bored. When the film started dragging, suddenly a twist used to appear. Dialogues highlighting the confusion about love among girls and boys are written well. But females and family viewers donot accept the negative picturisation of heroine or criticising girls most of the time in the film. Lack of commercial elements is the main drawback in the film.
Rating: 2.25/5
Second Half is a routine film that cries out Girls-deceive-Boys loud. First half is promising. But second half spoils Second Hand and makes it another ordinary film. Teenagers who are failed in love may like this film identifying themselves in any of the roles.
Rating: 2.0/5
The trailers of Second Hand score more marks than the movie itself. One more movie failed after showing some promise. Our readers can safely ignore it.
Rating: 2.0/5
If you are a die-hard movie lover and could adjust to any confusion, then only you would dare to stick on the seat. Only positive element is Subbarao. Rest all are obviously negative.

Business Of Tollywood
Rating: 1.5/5
The first half of the movie isOK , but the second half runs with very slow phase. The director wanted to convey the message that even if we slip and fall down while catching a hand, we should get up and get going by catching a Second Hand.
Rating: 1.0/5
One of the promising movies this month Second Hand is out, but does not live up to its expectations with debutant director Kishore Tirumala trying too many experiments in couple of plots. It neither has the freshness nor does it have a romantic musical experience. Despite being a romantic entertainer, Second Hand appears like a seriously silly movie at times. On the whole, Second Hand finds itself lost somewhere in between being a totally romantic and a soup tale and it satisfies the fanciers of neither.

Second Hand doesn’t have its couples promising eternal love and walking into sunset. If you can sit back and laugh at Mars-Venus tug of wars as well as confused relationships and not get judgemental about the characters, the film makes for a fun watch.

Overall, Second Hand is a wonderful effort by debutante Kishore Tirumala, who has done brilliant work in scripting and direction. If he had done more home work on second half, the film would have been more entertaining.
