Mister is one film which is only good in parts. There is some decent fun during the first half and also has a good star cast to support. But it is the execution which looks weak as the entire second half is disoriented and goes off track completely. Finally, if you do not mind the routine story and are okay with some over the top proceedings, you can give this film a shot only if you have nothing else to do. But for others who are looking for some thing interesting, look out for other options as well.
Rating: 2.75/5
Mister movie has an entertaining first half and a mediocre second half – but overall impression would be an average. Mister has all commercial ingredients stuffed, along with rich production values but farcical second half played the spoilsport for this film. Summer holidays and lack of competition may fetch some revenue at the box-office in India. Regular movie goers may watch this film at leisure.

Misfire! It is evident that Sreenu Vaitla wanted to give a new experience to viewers with the Devaraya's backdrop in that village of Karnataka, but that never sounded authentic at any point. In fact it looked silly and made the whole movie seem like a bad joke. A regular damsel in distress and the love triangle laced with comedy might have turned out better than this overcomplicated mess.

With not many plus points in the final tally, Mister figures in the average, one-time watch category.Despite the film being a love triangle, the characters of Hebah Patel and Lavanya Tripathi fall flat. The only relief is the beautiful visuals, courtesy cinematographer KV Guhan. The frames are spectacular, especially the scenes shot in Spain and in Chikmagalur.
Rating: 2.5/5
Mister is a movie with a decent start and a dull end which doesn’t add any meaning. The execution of the movie is not impressive and might disappoint Sreenu Vaitla’s fans big time. This is a Big Bang to Varun who had come up with a first commercial movie. However, if you just want to pass on your weekend, have fun without logics and storyline, this can be your choice.
Rating: 2.5/5
There are many threads in the story of Mister which are weaved into a weak screenplay that makes this a boring movie. Srinu Vaitla, whose past two movies are disasters has not learnt anything from them, it seems. He made Mister in the same usual way and it’s another disappointment from him.
Rating: 2.25/5
Director hurried the second half to complete the story introducing many characters leaving viewers confused. As Srinu Vytla concentrated on story, there is no comedy in the second half. Second half is filled with routine action scenes and film ends with a routine climax.
Rating: 2.25/5
'Mister' begins on decent note but turns into messy affair from the pre-interval episodes. Second half has full of illogical sequences and uninteresting scenes. Except for the first few minutes and top class visual, the movie is a total bore.
Rating: 2.0/5
Total Mess! The only positive points of the movie are bearable first half and cinematography. All in all, Sreenu Vaitla has not changed as director. He has not come out from his regular format and dished out another boring story. Either class audiences or mass audiences may not like "Mister". A total waste effort.
Rating: 2.0/5
Except for Spain episodes, the film hardly has any episodes to cherish. Better avoid watching this film, or else you will feel bad later...Hey 'Mister' What Is This Torture?
Rating: 2.0/5
Mister ends up as an average fare with decent first half and disappointing second. It has good commercial ingredients but smeared at wrong places. It has to be seen if the Summer holidays will be able to help the movie at the box office.
Rating: 2.0/5
Overall, "Mister" has an impressive first half and a Disastrous second half!
Rating: 2.0/5
The direction, predictable storyline, tedious narrations are the major drawback. Srinu Vaitla tried to entertain the audiences with the comedy in the backdrop of beautiful locations of Spain in the first half but wrapped everything without comedy and routine action sequences in the second half.
Rating: 2.0/5
Mister throws up a formulaic story line. A stretched narration, its much relied-upon comedy falls flat. The royal element was a recipe for misery.
Rating: 1.75/5
‘Mister’ is pathetically a scrap film from Vytla exposing his unbarred approach of wasting valuable resources for no good. ‘Mister’ will go down at Box Office only to prove Vytla’s incautious, injudicious and irresponsible incompetence. For Varun Tej, here is one more nightmare.
Rating: 1.5/5
Watch It If You Have Nothing Worth Doing!'Mister' will be remembered as his worst product till date. Audience can't believe that the Filmmaker who made 'Anandam', 'Dookudu' and 'Baadshah' delivered such a sub-standard product.

Mister created some nice pre release hype with people expecting a nice hit from Srinu Vaitla, but he disappoints yet again.First half of the movie is entertaining but the second half falls flat.VarunTej has performed well and Guhan has done a great job.Overall Srinu Vaitla has to change his style of film making to compete with new gen directors.A one time watch for time pass.
