Rating: 3.25/5
The movie fully caters to the Balayya fans- body language, power emotipns and dialogue delivery have all shaped up his role and personality by the director . In the second half Balakrishna has fired up with with scenes egging fans, mass dialogues and fights. The director should ahve taken little caution on screen play and and comedy. Over all Balayya has roared again for Sankranti .
Rating: 3.0/5
Jai Simha is a typical mass masala entertainer in true Balakrishna style. The added advantage of the film is the emotional angle during the climax. The film is clearly aimed at the masses and will do well with all Balakrishna fans. But the roller coaster effect of the film can get to the regular audience at times. If you are the one who does not mind the regular commercial narration, this film ends up as a one time watch this festival season.
Rating: 3.0/5
First half of the film is ok. Interval bang is good. The ending portions of the flashback are the heart of the film. Plus points of the film are Balakrishna’s ferocious performance and powerful dialogues. On a whole, Jai Simha is a feast for fans and will be liked by masses and Family audiences.
Rating: 2.75/5
Sentiment Simham!Jai Simha is a disappointing film from the veteran superstar that may appeal to his diehard fans and the B and C centers audience. Moderate costs and festival period should help it on the commercial front.
Rating: 2.5/5
Jai Simha is targeted mainly at NBK Fans. Inspite of popular content presented multiple times on Balakrishna, this time drama and sentiment took driver’s seat in aheavy second half. Commercial result depends more on how B, C centre viewers grab this film on Sankranti season. If families take an edge, Jai Simha can be a safe venture.
Rating: 2.5/5
Balakrishna’s ‘Jai Simha’ is a typical mass-masala movie with old-style narrative and clichéd sequences. Some episodes in the first half hold interest though. This is strictly for Balayya’s fans and lovers of old-style masala movies.

Rating: 2.5/5
Jai Simha is good for a one-time watch, and is purely just for the 'Jai Balayya' fans.
Rating: 2.25/5
Done to death. Some episodes may appeal to Balakrishna’s fans and audiences in B and C centers, but it doesn’t work with the regular movie-going viewers.
Rating: 2.25/5
Jai Simha is only for Balakrishna fans who love mass elements. Normal audience may not like the movie.
Rating: 2.25/5
With a weak villain, a hero who can just keep thrashing anyone coming his way, the need for 3 heroines totally unjustified, and with poor technicalities and an uninspiring and remotely engaging screenplay, Jai Simha is a predictable entertainer that deserves a skip.
Rating: 1.75/5
Jai Simha-Endless Torture Amma.Ravikumar's story, screenplay and direction is routine to the core and with too many drags even the hard core Balakrishna fans found it hard to stay till the end in the theaters. Silent Balakrishna for most of the film disappointed fans and masses and violent Balakrishna is not up to the mark to compensate for it. Overall it is torture to the core with nothing new in it.
Rating: 1.5/5
Jai Simha is a routine mass-masala with old-fashioned narration and cliched sequences. The first half has some good episodes. The movie, however, will appeal to Balayya's fans and the audience of B and C centers.
