Doosukeltha is on the similar line of Vishnu’s earlier movie, Denikaina Ready but in this case, the director made sure that the screenplay is racy and entertainment quotient is doubled from Denikaina Ready. Finally Doosukeltha ended up as Paisa Vasool movie and one more hit to Vishnu. Enjoy it this weekend!

The movie is a routine and familiar tale for every Telugu audience. Still, it is worth watching for its comedy and action scenes. . Once again the combination of Manchu Vishnu and Brahmanandam worked out very well. Hilarious comedy between them made everyone laugh through out their scenes. A perfect movie for all the comedy lovers after a long time. Directors way of narration is perfect. Mani sharma after a very long gap gave some good music. A good end with a perfect climax. Fight sequence at the end is a good treat for all action lovers.

Manchu Vishnu Vardhan babu's performnance is good and he has shown lot of maturity in his character and also his dances, fights and screen presence are very good and it is positive for this film. Lavanya Tripathi done justice to her role in this film, she is added her glamour to this flick as traditional look, she looks good in this film. Brahamanandam character was super and other characters like Bharath, Raghu Babu, Vennal Kishoer and hema also did very well. Pankaj Tripati and Kota Srinivas Rao did their job well and they are suited perfectly for their roles.
Rating: 3.25/5
Vishnu has once again impressed with an entertaining story. If certain minus points in first half would have covered the movie would have been outstanding. In spite of small glitches its entertaining.
Rating: 3.25/5
‘Doosukeltha’ entertains one and all with popcorn entertainment. Must watch for all comedy lovers. Vishnu and Brahmi combo rocks yet again.
Rating: 3.25/5
Doosukeltha is more similar to Manchu Vishnu’s previous flicks, But this time more comedy and entertainment is added which brings up a good family entertainer. Doosukeltha has some strong drawback in story which is too routine, but direction and screenplay helped to maintain good phase in fun and entertainment. All in all it’s a complete entertainment with a 3.25 rating for 5. Go for it this week end.
Rating: 3.25/5
The film has come in with an expected dose of entertainment and action and it stood true to the expectations. The first half goes around smoothly with elements of romance, songs, action, comedy and the interval bang was promising. The second half slows down a bit due to dragged scenes but still the energy levels were intact. Overall, the film is worth a watch for its entertainment and commercial values.

Veeru Potla chose a simple story and weaved a success formula screenplay. Nowadays, every director is taking leaf out of Srinu Vytla. Though there are some hiccups in screenplay, director covered it with dialogues and comedy. Manchu Vishnu continued from where he left off in ‘Denikaina Ready’. Vishnu should be commended for the effort he put in dances and action scenes. His comedy timing with Brahmanadnam is praiseworthy. However, styling and hairstyle is bit disappointing.
Rating: 3.0/5
Vishnu realized that comedy entertainers are his forte and he is not trying to do something away from it. He is staying away from mass masala movies and experiments at the moment. This is working in his favor as Doosukeltha too gets positive feedback from most of the viewers. There is nothing to whine about this film. It's a simple paisa vasool entertainer that took the safe route to succeed at the box office.
Rating: 3.0/5
Veeru Potla made Doosukeltha with right mix of commercial elements. The story though routine is sensible and screenplay is gripping. The first half is filled with ample comedy and Vishnu, Brahmi scenes are a treat to watch. The second half is implemented in Ready style format with punchlines. Brahmanandam and Bharath have done a very good job. Climax looked silly with illogical action scenes. Lakshmi Manchu has nothing to do for the film and it’s just a cameo for few seconds. The makers have hyped her song as a promotional strategy.
Rating: 3.0/5
Standing up to the pace and speed in title, director Veeru Potla offered a non-stop family entertainer with no breaks and speed breakers. Although there is a vast star cast on hand, he failed to utilize each of their capabilities fully. Looks like many portions on Ali, Suji, Brahmi etc are trimmed during editing. Nevertheless, span of movie even for now is almost 160 minutes which is too high. Even then, Veeru made this old pickled story line turn effective on screen placing gleeful comedy bits throughout. Manchu Lakshmi Prasanna’s cameo gives lead to title song introducing Vishnu on screen.
Rating: 3.0/5
Veeru Potla selected routine story. Starting of the first half is quite boring. However later fun levels picksup and reaches its peak in the second half. The film with proper publicity will reach safe zone. Vishnu realised his strength is comedy crappers and is doing well in selecting similar scripts.
Rating: 3.0/5
There is a good dose of comedy for the lovers of this genre. Vishnu takes the help of many talented actors to bring across many entertaining scenes that gaily tickles the funny bone. It all begins with Avatar, the TV head played by Posani. This continues with Brahmam, played by Brahmanandam.
Rating: 3.0/5
Doosukeltha is a timepass entertainer. If you have patience to watch a boring first half, comedy feast will be served to you in the second half. A better first half would have taken Doosukeltha to the next level. But still, it is worth your money.
Rating: 3.0/5
Good and clean Entertainer with family values, Watch it with your family.
Rating: 3.0/5
‘Doosukeltha’ is a pretty routine commercial film. There is decent entertainment in the second half and family crowds will enjoy these sequences. However, a slow first half and mediocre songs bring down the overall experience a bit. The movie ends up being a one time watch.
Rating: 3.0/5
Goutham Raju editing is good. Manisharma BG scrore is good and songs are not upto the expectations. Cinematography by Sarvesh is awesome. Production values are maintained very well. Doosukeltha is a perfect movie for families.
Rating: 3.0/5
The film takes off on the right footing but first half concludes scoring no brawny points. The comedy sequences, some witty dialogues and the romantic interludes are OK. But it is a good feed till the interval bang. The second half picks up pace initially but over dose of action marred the comedy punch. And few scenes got dragged just to kill the running time. Technical and production values were good.

No matter how much you like an exotic and tasty dish, you will often end up indulging yourself in a serving or two of the roadside chaat to fulfil your craving. Doosukeltha is just that. It is not a movie that you must watch no matter what, but there is nothing to lose if you give it a viewing. I am going out with 3/5 for Doosukeltha.

Overall an above average entertainer. Can watch once with out expectations. One should say, this is a complete different movie from the routine Veeru Potla’s movies. But should wait and see how the audience will receive it. Audience reception in the coming days decides the fate of this movie. For Vishnu a decent flick. It will add a point or two to his filmy career.
Rating: 3.0/5
First half of the film deals with action and romance episodes. Second half has entertainment and family orientation. Doosukeltha is a film that follows commercial format of entertainment movies to a T. Plus points are Vishnu and entertainment in the second half. We have to wait and see if Doosukeltha follows the success path or Dhee/DenikainaReady or not!
Rating: 3.0/5
The first half is kept busy with the required elements of comedy, romance, action, songs but the second half got a little slow. Overall, the film has a good chance of becoming a commercial success due to its cost effective budget but the post release promotion has to be very aggressive.
Rating: 3.0/5
Doosukeltha film is all about entertaining the audience who come into the theaters. The first of the film will go on a pace finishing the scenes with rapid speed. Later the director starts his weapon in the form of Brahmi who is hilarious in all his scenes with Vishnu.
Rating: 3.0/5
‘Doosukeltha’ is a decent entertainment oriented film. Definitely it is one time worthy watch to everyone.
Business Of Tollywood
Rating: 3.0/5
Manchu Vishnu seems to have decided that comedy is the one thing that he is best at as the entire movie just like his previous movies, Dhee and Denikaina ready is entirely filled with comedy. Vennela Kishore and Bramhanandam play a major role in bringing about all the humor and Vishnu’s perfect comedy timing and satirical dialogues add to it.
Rating: 3.0/5
'Doosukeltha' scores full marks for the way Veeru Potla has presented Manchu Vishnu. This one is unarguably his best ever performance since 'Dhee'. After Srinu Vaitla unleashed a new Vishnu, every director with whom Vishnu worked ensured that he gave only the stock expressions. Here, Vishnu seems to have shed that narcissism and camera-consciousness for good.
Rating: 2.75/5
Overall, it is a film that attempted to deliver entertainment but when full dose comedy is expected, it may disappoint. Its just for time pass but not for a wholesome treat.
The Times Of India
Rating: 2.5/5
Somewhere along, it all appears so confusing that closing your eyes for a while you feel is the best option. You are refreshed. There is a wasted character of Ali and Posani `Raja' Krishnamurali with his now very familiar way of addressing everyone as `Raja'. Vishnu shows off some dance moves but it certainly was odd to watch a close-up shot of his feet when they were hardly any movements worth watching at all.
Rating: 2.5/5
This is a rotine story with family drama and we already watched these stories several times..but the second half of movuie is one time for some entertainment in second half..

Doosukeltha opens with Ravi Teja and then heads to the introduction of various characters. The first half of the film is quite racy with hilarious comedy, romance and action. Vishnu's excellent comic timing with Brahmanandam is sure to rock the viewers. The director managed to get the viewers absorb in the second half. The fight sequence in the climax is also good and is a treat for action lovers.

    Doosukeltha...comedy boledantha
Manchu vishnu is back with another comedy formula keeping the story aside. This movie is a regular inspiration of srinu vaitla's Dhee.
Almost all comedians made justice to their characters , especially the 2nd hero BRAHMI...he rocked as usual.

Vennela Kishore's episodes in 2nd half are hilarious. The result of the movie will be better if it was done by any other hero. Lavanya tripathi is ok with her performance.
Guest appearance of Manchu lakshmi was highlight
Watch it for the comedy. you will enjoy for sure.
