Srinu Vaitla intention was to make a commercially viable family entertainer, but it has not worked out well. Bruce Lee just offers an otiose tour through streets that has been dipped in the mundane. Movie has reasonable entertainment value, good music, exciting introduction of Megastar Chiranjeevi and a decent start to make it a fine experience for all fans
Rating: 3.25/5
First half of the film is smooth with plot thickening as interval approaches. Second half deals with hero proving certain things in order to save his family. One tend to expect hilarious entertainment when you see character of Brahmanandam, but Seenu Vaitla concentrated on family emotions this time. Plus points are family story line, Charan’s performance, Chiranjeevi’s special appearance, music, dances and cinematography. On the flipside, a better entertainment in second half would have taken movie to the next level. On a whole, Bruce Lee is a family oriented film which has all ingredients for a box office success with Ram Charan dishing out an all-round performance!
Rating: 3.25/5
Ram Charan is no doubt the energy of Bruce Lee. His performance in a few scenes, really deserves a loud applause. And then comes Mega Star Chiranjeevi. His entry is at the peaks and that would obviously be the highlight of the movie. His screen presence and fight is a big treat for the mega fans.
Rating: 3.25/5
Bruce Lee is a blend of all the ingredients – action, comedy, drama, romance and family sentiments. First half of the film is smooth with good entertainment quotient. However, the second half is a bit boring. On the whole, Bruce Lee is a good family oriented film from the Mega family for this festive season.
Rating: 3.25/5
On the whole, Bruce Lee is a decent family entertainer. Ram Charan’s mature performance, stunning songs and racy first half are solid assets. If you manage to sit through the average second half, you are surely going to love mega star’s entry at the end and come out with a smile on your face.

Bruce Lee is a treat to mega fans!!!! Masses will love it and families may stay way.
Rating: 3.0/5
Ram Charan has come a long way. Of course, he still has a long way to go too. His dances in the film were very impressive. He has improved his comic timing too. So far, Bruce Lee can be his best performed role. Brahmanandam was good, as usual. There are some consistent hilarious bits in the film which also boost the film in regular intervals. Chiru’s cameo looks forced but it was refreshing to see him after a hiatus. Thaman’s music is bearable. ‘Le Chalo’ was shot beautifully.
Rating: 2.75/5
Brahmanandam's entry and introduction of so many new characters doesn't add any value to the movie. Second half is utterly boring and unconvincing. If not for Chiranjeevi's cameo towards the end it is a total waste to sit through the second half that doesn't offer anything new. This is easily one of the weakest films of Srinu Vaitla who doesn't seem to have learnt a lesson from his previous debacle. Bruce Lee has its moments here and there with Ram Charan putting up an honest show. His spectacular dance moves and Chiranjeevi's spellbinding cameo are the only things that will enthrall fans.
Rating: 2.5/5
The only saving grace for the film is Megastar Chiranjeevi. Though he is bit heavy on personality, his screen presence is incredible. Don’t miss the climax for Chiranjeevi.
Rating: 2.5/5
All in all, average first half, good songs and dances, Chiranjeevi’s appearance, some good sentiment scenes are the strengths of this commercial entertainer. On the flip side, Sreenu Vaitla really shows that he can go one step further from Aagadu.
Rating: 2.5/5
Bruce Lee first half is better served entertaining stuff relative to over stretched and pointless déjà vu second half. Comedy wise, ‘Bruce Lee’ is not even 20 per cent of what Vytla has done to his best in the past. All in all, this product is par below in the quality standards set by Ramcharan or Vytla team which makes Bruce Lee worth to win 2.5 stars. Commercially, the return of Chiranjeevi on to big canvass alone has to be savior.
Rating: 2.0/5
Bruce Lee is yet another average product from Ram Charan. There are some fan boy moments like songs, Megastar cameo etc. Particularly the second half test your patience with predictability and poor narration. If not for the Chiranjeevi's cameo, it would have been the death knell for the movie.

Bruce Lee is a huge production that has at its disposal a good technical crew and several known actors. Nadiya and Rao Ramesh stand out. The ‘tu tu main main’ between Rao Ramesh and Ram Charan is at first endearing, then gets annoying. Tisca Chopra makes her Telugu debut with a brief role and gets slapped by Brahmanandam.
