Awe is one such experiment that throws normal movie making out of the window. The movie runs on different genres and will clearly not go well with the B and C center audience. Concept-based films are the need of the hour in Tollywood and this film is for those who complain Tollywood does not make hatke movies. If a really different and unique film is all you want to see, Awe is the one to watch out for this weekend.

Awe is a complete entertainer with all the emotions in right proportions. The director succeeds in grabbing our attention right from the first scene of the film and makes sure that the interest is sustained throughout. It’s difficult to make a different film, yet strike the right note on commercial aspect and director succeeds in it with this film. I feel that the Telugu audiences have never seen such a story on screen the before. The movie also carries social message about girl child Abuse and importance of plant which is conveyed in very interesting and engaging manner. The climax of the film is a surprising element for everyone.

Awe can be said as psychological & fiction biography. This movie begins as an anthology with different set of characters and their backstories. This movie begins with some nice humorous moments and as the story proceeds it goes into serious mode until Ravi Teja’s voice over starts. One need to be very free of expectations to get entertained by a movie like this as it questions and exceeds your imagination. Nani and Ravi Teja’s voice overs are well etched and they provide some humorous moments to audience

Awe is a film for festivals. Awe is a film that should not be seen with the lens of commerciality. It’s a concept based psychological thriller. And will end up as a memorable film as it changes formats in the long run (when it goes from cinema halls, to TV to digital media). Awe is a Telugu’s answer to world cinema. It’s not for everybody. Watch Awe! without reading or knowing anything about the story!

Brilliant Idea, But Confusing Execution.
Rating: 3.0/5
Awe is not everybody's cup of tea but this will certainly satisfy the people who are looking to break free from Routine Pot-boilers. Give it a try!
Rating: 2.75/5
Awe is a brand new attempt from producer Nani and director Prashanth Varma which had its share of advantages to stand tall in winning few awards whereas acceptance from overall common audience in Box Office terms is a question mark. Given the budgetary restrictions and Nani’s relation with all the star faces in team (on remuneration terms),
Rating: 2.5/5
Awe is a different attempt. This may seem “appealing” to some section of audiences, but it doesn’t entice the general audiences at all. Bottom-line: Short Film Stretched!
Rating: 1.5/5
Awe is only for targeted audience. Chances are pretty low for the film to rake at least decent numbers at ticket window.
