Compared to some of Sushant’s past films, ‘Adda’ is definitely a big improvement. The film has some nice moments but it is let down by a bad climax and slow pace towards the end. Overall, Adda ends up as an ok watch.
Rating: 3.0/5
Music and BGM by Anoop Rubens are superb. Cinematography by Arun Kumar is of top notch. Editing is just ok and director Karthik Reddy has done a good job. Production values of Sri Nag Corporation are rich.
Rating: 3.0/5
First half of the film is decent. The latter part of second half should have been handled better. The comedy and entertainment in the film is good. Plus points of the film are Sushanth, entertainment and music. On the flip side, scenes flow towards climax should have been better.

There are too many scenes that show drinking that could easily have been avoided. If comedy is drinking and weaving some scenes with obscenity, perhaps the director needs to do some rethinking. Anup Reubens is peppy as ever with his music. Sushanth carried himself well throughout the film, sticking to the characterisation.
Rating: 3.0/5
Sushanth is gradually growing as an actor and performed way better than his first two flicks. However, he has a long way to go. He tries very hard with his mannerisms to give a heroic appeal. He succeeds in few parts, but seems artificial in majority of the places. Shanvi was cute and does a decent job. Dev Gill is cast in a very stereotypical role which he has been playing in almost all his movies
Rating: 3.0/5
Sushanth improved his acting skills alot. He looks stylish, and he had good grace in dance. Shanvi is asset to the movie. She is glamourous and she entertained B and C centers with her skin show. Songs are shot well and songs shot in foreign locations are grand.
Rating: 2.75/5
Good to see young and debutant directors coming up with new concepts. Karthik Reddy had a simple and conventional story with good scripting for a while. Once story starts to unfold, treatment went on weird lines. Into the second half, entire narration misses the track with plenty of mistakes digging the grave. Commercially, 'Adda' might stay at Telugu Box Office for a short duration due to holiday season and absence of big players in market.

The movie began on positive note and the first half went on just about okay with some decent comedy here and there. The interval bang is not so intriguing. The movie went out of track totally in the second half with scenes floating in disarray. Finally, the movie is an execution failure.
Rating: 2.75/5
Sushanth has improved his skills and talent in acting comparing with his previous films. Shanvi looked very glamours and she has opened up a bit in terms of glamour. Sushanth need to improve dialogue delivery style. in this flick gay comedy has been used to create laughter.
Rating: 2.5/5
Sushanth's Adda is a drag for simple script with predictable twists. Debutant director Sai Karthik is potent that he made audiences to sit with his screenplay and comedy bits here and there. While the movie is not so gripping, climax and pre-climax scenes doomed.
Rating: 2.5/5
Technically movie is fine. Anup has tried to create josh with his songs. Even picturistaion of songs is nice. But just technical values and music aren’t enough to make a movie impressive. Adda has been helpful in Sushanth gaining ten marks more than his previous films. Apart from that it has done nothing great.
Rating: 2.25/5
Karthik Reddy direction skills are ok. Cinematographer Arun Kumar deserves full credit. Anup Rubens gave very good background score. Editing is ok. Adda is a movie where it will work only in the B and C Centers. Adda ends up as ok movie.

Overall a one time watchable movie without any expectations. All over, the audience in the theater might feel bored while watching this movie.

The third gen Akkineni hero Susanth as usually gave his 200% to come out of the pit. He has tried out the conventional 'care-free and persistent lover' character with a comedy tinge that would appeal to the masses. He also tried to prove that he is not the typical wooden legged dancer and manages to pass the muster.
Rating: 2.0/5
There is so much talk about true love in the film, but we won't get a feeling that we are watching a love story. Those fights which were supposed to be funny disappoints big time and eats up a lot of screen time. Adda is a total disappointment and you could safely skip it in theaters.

Conceiving a story on paper and bringing it to celluloid format are two different things and the real thing matters only when you can make it a good film. Here, the story looks very promising and had good scope but it was not executed properly at all. The first half was smooth with elements of romance, comedy, songs but trouble begins during the second half.
Rating: 1.5/5
Cinematography is good and the film carries a couple of good romantic songs and a few heartfelt romantic dialogues. However, other than the glamor that Shanvi lends, the pair have very little chemistry. The director appears to have messed up the film with a draggy climax after a poor presentation overall.
Rating: 1.25/5
Luck didnot side with Susanth and this film also failed to attract viewers just like his earlier film. Loopholes in the story is the main drawback.Though the firsthalf is ok second half is boring. Director failed to entertain with comedy.
Rating: 1.0/5
Love stories are always best picked choice for any hero even though many films come in every time but what makes few of them work is impressive screenplay which misses in Adda movie. Director Sai Karthik did not bring any fresh points onboard to make Adda love story entertaining rather lifted points from old book of cinema which we saw already.

Overall, Adda is a good romantic comedy entertainer, which will do well at B and C centres. It is a good time passer for this weekend.

There is nothing big improvement in terms of acting by Sushanth when compared to his earlier films. Sushanth tried dancing but it lacked grace, his fight scenes looks artificial and overall he is far from OK in performance level. Even Heroine Shanvi and Sushanth, they both are continuing same kind of Performances from their past films.

Adda gives you a number of quotable quotes on love and some of it leaves you in splits, whether you relate to them or not is a different matter. What’s in poor taste though is the lewd homosexual humour involving Thagobotu Ramesh, Dhan Raj and co.
